The Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) between Hong Kong and China Mainland became effective on January 1, 2004. The policy will bring more business opportunities to both sides. Five Telecommunication related businesses, which includes data center service, storage and transmission service, calling center service, Internet access service and information service, open to Hong Kong based company for joint venture. |

| We have the following services are available for our customers: | ||
| 1) | Managed in-house IP backbone service - our IP backbone is now in service with FE port from our switch that can support speed up to 100M. This service will allow our clients to cut down on the hassle of in-building interconnection. One FE connection will grant you up to 100M access to all on the platform. | |
| 2) | Managed IP Transit service - we are offering IP transit bandwidth from several providers to our customers. Our objective is to provide this service on a quick demand basis with flexible term and the highest SLA. This will also help our clients to eliminate local loop cost. This would be idea for customers who need IP transit bandwidth for backup, diversity and in case of emergency. | |
| For limited time only, we are offering the IP backbone to our existing clients with waived installation fee and a free trial period of 6 months. All customers can access the IP backbone via Fast Ethernet port connection. | ||
