4G - A Lawyer's Perspective
4G system is supposed to be introduced between 2008 and 2015, according to Anthony Corel, a partner in the communications practice of the international law firm Squire, Sanders & Dempsey LLP. Expeditionary steps appear more likely than a ‘big bang,’ so some elements might be deployed sooner rather than later. The circumstances of individual jurisdictions will dictate the steps to be taken.
