Sage Research, Inc., a full-service market research firm, today announced the results of the July 2004 Service Provider Confidence Index (SPCI) available at no charge. In the latest report, the Current Conditions Index slid three points in July, falling back into "negative" territory (below 50) for the first time since January 2004.
