Sage Research, Inc., a full-service market research firm, today announced the results of the May 2004 Service Provider Confidence Index (SPCI) available at low charge. In the latest report, the Current Conditions Index has edged down slightly from its March all time high to 53. But it still remains in the "high" territory.
