IVR service is now available in an Excel switch at HKCOLO. This fully featured switch is good for temporary use when you are relocating to HKCOLO or when you need to build up your business volume to justify for a POP expansion. We intend to take away your need to do a Pro Forma income statement and ask for capital expenditure approval. The month end report generated by the Excel switch shall be a convincing statement. Please contact your account managers for further details.

 
 

Managed In-house IP Backbone Service

 
 

Our IP backbone is now in service with FE port from our switch that can support speed up to 100M. This service will allow our clients to cut down on the hassle of in building interconnection. One FE connection will grant you up to 100M access to all on the platform.

 
 

Managed IP Transit Service

 
 

We are offering IP transit bandwidth from several providers to our customers.The providers include MCI, Flag Telecom and New World Telecom. You can enjoy a quick startup of service with only a very short prior notice. This would be ideal for customers who need IP transit bandwidth for backup, diversity and in case of emergency.We could be able to provide the backup route. Customers are encouraged to test the IP bandwidth in lengthy duration before ordering from us or directly from the providers. For high speed bandwidth and upon satisfactory testing of an IP transit supply, we can put you in touch with the providers directly for a better quotation. There will be no fee charged for putting you in touch with the providers.

Cables & Wireless PLC (cw.com), a British provider of voice, data and Internet services, announced that it is selling its Japanese business to Tokyo-based broadband services provider Softbank Corp. for 12.3 billion yen ($115 million US).
